Fact no.1:

Origin of Coffee- The story of origin of coffee is really crazy. Late back in 1500s in Ethiopia, Kaldi, a goatherd discovered that his goats after eating coffee cherries were super active and even those goats didn't sleep at night. He found it strange and discussed that incident with local monks. Then the word got spread and people made their own drink to be active till late nights to perform prayers.

Fact no.2:

One of the records of coffee is that 'A cat named "Creme Puff' survived for 38 years may be because it had coffee as a part of her diet every morning her whole life. Where as average life span of a cat lies between 2 and 16. 

North Korea holds the record for the largest iced coffee. The cup contained around 14,000 liters of iced Americano coffee.

 

Fact no.3:

World's first web camera watched coffee pot. In 1993, as web browsers gained ability to display images, Dr Martyn Johnson focused webcam on new design of trojan room's coffee pot and showed the world. The camera was set up in 1991, located outside the computer lab of Cambridge University. Aim was to show people in that building the status of coffee through a grey scale image.

Fact no.4: 

Turkish culture allowed women of their country a power to give divorce if he fails to make perfect coffee or fails to give morning coffee. This says how important coffee is to them.

Health fact-

Advantages of having coffee:

-Improves focus and stay alert

-Boosts physical performance

-Reduces risk of cancer

-Protects brain

-Brightens mood

-Helps to fight with depression and suicidal thoughts

Disadvantages of having coffee:

-Might kill us, if we consume 80-100 cups of coffee in short period like a month

-Filtered coffee is preferred to normal coffee as normal coffee may contain more cholesterol compared to filter one

-Coffee for kids of 5-7 years of age may lead to bedwetting
